# 1 - Introduction

CADLY PRO is an optional subscription that supports CADLY hosting and development. CADLY's core features remain **free forever**; PRO adds higher limits, customization, and supporter benefits.

Subscribers receive User PRO and can allocate PRO to one server. The allocated server receives Server PRO perks while the subscriber keeps personal benefits.

PRO is designed as a supporter upgrade, not a requirement to run a community. You can configure and operate the core CADLY feature set without paying. PRO is most useful for larger communities that hit limits, want branding, or rely heavily on automation.

If you are deciding whether to subscribe, first identify the exact limit or perk you need. For example, a small server may not need PRO, while a large server with many automations, deployment profiles, or applications may benefit immediately.

# 2 - How PRO Works

When you subscribe, your account receives **User PRO**. You can allocate that subscription to one server, giving that server **Server PRO**.

Server PRO is checked server-wide. Features gated by Server PRO apply to the allocated guild, not only the subscriber.

Allocation matters because one subscription supports one server at a time. If you move allocation, the previous server may lose Server PRO perks and the new server gains them. Plan allocation around the server that needs the limits most.

Server staff do not all need individual PRO subscriptions to use Server PRO features. Once the server is allocated, the server-wide perks follow the normal CADLY permissions for that guild.

## 2.1 - What Is Always Free

CADLY's core tools remain free: server setup, CADLY roles, core settings, shifts, logs, LOA, promotions, infractions, applications, verification, dispatch, ER:LC basics, and documentation.

Free servers may still have limits to keep infrastructure sustainable. Limits usually affect quantity or advanced convenience, not the ability to use the feature at all.

# 3 - PRO Features

## 3.1 - Server PRO

| Themes and badge | Adds PRO server badge and PRO dashboard themes. |

## 3.2 - User PRO

User PRO includes PRO suggestions, priority support, theme customization, and the supporter role in the CADLY Discord server.

User PRO follows the subscriber. Server PRO follows the allocated guild. A subscriber can keep personal benefits even while their server allocation is what unlocks server-wide perks.

# 4 - Pricing and FAQ

## 4.1 - Pricing

## 4.2 - Do I Lose Data If PRO Expires?

No. CADLY keeps your existing records, but over-limit or PRO-only editing can become locked until you reduce usage or restore Server PRO. Bot profile customization can reset when Server PRO is lost.

For example, if a server has more applications or profiles than the free limit allows, the extra items may remain in place but become locked from editing or use. Reduce the count below the free limit or restore Server PRO to unlock them.

## 4.3 - Can I Try PRO Free?

CADLY may offer free trials depending on the available plans. Check the PRO page or support server for the latest trial options.

While a trial is valid, CADLY treats it like active PRO. When a trial expires, allocation and server perks can be cleared automatically.

## 4.4 - Can I Get a Refund?

Refunds are not offered for PRO purchases. You can cancel before the next renewal, and your active PRO benefits remain available until the current billing period ends.

# 5 - Troubleshooting Common Issues

## 5.1 - Server Does Not Show PRO

Confirm the subscriber allocated PRO to this server and that the subscription or trial is active.

## 5.2 - A PRO Feature Is Still Locked

Reload the panel after allocation. If the issue remains, check that the feature is server-gated and the correct guild is allocated.

## 5.3 - Bot Profile Reset After Expiry

That is expected for Server PRO loss. Reallocate or renew PRO before setting custom branding again.
