Subscription and cancellation
CADLY PRO is optional and renews automatically at the selected billing frequency. Users can cancel through account billing settings, and benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Billing notices and refunds
CADLY provides order confirmations and billing-cycle invoices. Eligible refund cases include qualifying extended outages, unresolved non-functional paid features, duplicate charges, or billing errors. Requests must follow the time limits and evidence requirements in the full policy.
Billing support
Billing questions and refund requests can be sent to CADLY by email. Legitimate payment disputes remain a user right.
