CADLY terms of service
These terms govern access to CADLY. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and the other applicable CADLY policies. Last updated June 27, 2026.
Eligibility and account responsibility
Users must be at least 13 and must protect their account credentials. Account sharing, restriction evasion, impersonation, unlawful use, harassment, malware, and security abuse are prohibited.
Data and user content
CADLY processes account identifiers, server membership and role data, security information, service diagnostics, and information users choose to provide. Users retain ownership of their content and grant CADLY the limited rights needed to deliver the service.
Service, liability, and governing law
CADLY integrates with third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The terms include warranty disclaimers, liability limits, termination provisions, and Swiss governing law, subject to consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
